A Fashion Show Inspired by Nostalgic Cork Boards & Magazine Collages
Instead of performative fashion, we’re creating a fashion performance. Imagine a classic runway show as it walks through a unique set, telling a story beyond the garments, drawing the audience into the collection. With deeper visual context, the less obvious muses become a bigger part of the story.
Muse Behavior Runway will take place at the historic Crystal Ballroom in Portland, OR. The past performers, events, and endless memories make this the perfect venue to bring together our collage of theater, fashion, and nostalgia.

THE VENUE
The Crystal Ballroom
The coolest blend of past meets present. Crystal Ballroom is a muse in its own right as Portland's most historic concert venue. The ballroom itself features floor-to-ceiling windows, historic chandeliers, massive paintings, and a stage that has hosted artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Tina Turner, Pink Floyd, and, more recently, Zara Larsson, Queen Hery, The Pretty Reckless, and too many more to name.
Our audience can seat 250+ guests who will line the runway for a look inside each designer’s collection story. Our pre-show will have interactive elements, entertainment, and more. Guests can get drinks at the bar, served by McMenamin’s bartenders. There is a Mezzanine level that will be VIP-access only, with its own bar above the ballroom (21+ on the Mezzanine).
With tons of food options, nightlife, and cool hotels within just a few blocks of the Crystal Ballroom, you may as well make a full night of it, whether you’re from out of town or a short drive away!
